They cover the website only. Each Necralab product — NecralabPMA, Email Archiver, Cloakednote, Elding, BriCalc — is governed by its own separate terms, presented with the product before purchase or installation.

2. What this site is

necralab.com is an informational website describing Necralab OÜ and the products it makes. It is not, by itself, a paid service. There are no accounts, no forms, no purchases, and no user submissions on the site.

All content on this site — text, layout, design, images, logos, and source code — is copyright © Necralab OÜ, except where third-party content is clearly credited (for example, open-source components used in the build).

You may:

  • read the content
  • link to any public page on the site
  • quote short excerpts for journalism, criticism, review, or commentary, with attribution

You may not:

  • republish the content in bulk
  • use Necralab brand names, logos, or visual identity to imply endorsement or affiliation
  • scrape the site at a rate that affects its availability for others

We try to keep the content accurate, but:

  • Products described on this site may be in development. Features, prices, availability, and timelines are subject to change without notice. Forward-looking statements are not commitments.
  • Specific product details (pricing, features, terms, privacy policies) live with each product and supersede anything on this marketing site if the two ever conflict.

This site links to third-party sites (App Store, GitHub, partners). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.

The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will always be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of forward-looking product information.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence in the EU.
